In the late 1950's I recorded an album with Lena Horne called "Lena Horne at the Waldorf," and have played with and recorded for her many times over the years. Here she is in a photograph that I took in 1966 during the rehearsal for a television show at the Basin Street East, a well known jazz club in New York City.
